Hepatitis A
Get hepatitis A vaccine if you're unvaccinated and one year or older. Infants 6-11 months should also get vaccinated.
Hepatitis B
Get hepatitis B vaccine if you're unvaccinated, regardless of age.
Measles
Get fully vaccinated with MMR vaccine at least two weeks before travel. Infants 6-11 months need an early dose.
Polio
Get polio vaccination before travel. Adults who were vaccinated as children may need one booster dose. Unvaccinated travelers need the complete series.
Typhoid
Get typhoid vaccine, especially if staying with friends/relatives or visiting smaller cities or rural areas.
Yellow Fever
Yellow fever vaccine is required for entry and recommended for all travelers 9 months and older.
Chikungunya
Vaccination is generally not recommended. Focus on preventing mosquito bites to avoid chikungunya.
