Routine vaccines

Make sure all your routine vaccines are up to date, including chickenpox, tetanus, flu, MMR, polio, and shingles vaccines.

COVID-19

Stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines before traveling.

Hepatitis A

Consider hepatitis A vaccine, especially if you'll visit smaller cities, rural areas, or eat street food.

Hepatitis B

Get hepatitis B vaccine if you haven't been vaccinated before.

Measles

Measles cases are rising worldwide. Make sure you're fully vaccinated with MMR vaccine at least 2 weeks before travel. Infants 6-11 months need an early dose.

Rabies

Rabid dogs are uncommon in Liechtenstein and rabies vaccines are available if needed. Consider pre-exposure vaccination only if you'll have high-risk animal exposure or limited access to medical care.

Tick-borne Encephalitis

Consider TBE vaccine if you'll spend a lot of time outdoors in tick-endemic areas or have extensive tick exposure during outdoor activities.

Yellow Fever

Yellow fever vaccine is not recommended and not required for entry to Liechtenstein.
