Routine vaccines

Make sure you're up-to-date on all routine vaccines including chickenpox, tetanus, flu, MMR, polio, and shingles.

COVID-19

All eligible travelers should be up to date with their COVID-19 vaccines.

Hepatitis A

Hepatitis A vaccine is recommended for all unvaccinated travelers to Saint Martin, including infants 6-11 months old.

Hepatitis B

Hepatitis B vaccine is recommended for all unvaccinated travelers of any age going to Saint Martin.

Measles

Measles cases are rising worldwide. All travelers should be fully vaccinated with MMR vaccine at least two weeks before travel.

Typhoid

Typhoid vaccine is recommended for most travelers to Saint Martin, especially if staying with friends/relatives or visiting smaller cities or rural areas.

Rabies

Rabies is not common in dogs in Saint Martin, but pre-exposure vaccination may be considered for high-risk activities or limited access to medical care.

Yellow Fever

Yellow fever vaccine is not recommended for Saint Martin itself, but is required if you're coming from a country with yellow fever risk or have a long layover in such countries.
